Educating global food professionals with practical skills and good characters

Department Introduction

A department that educates cooking, baking, and food and beverage experts working in hotels and various food fields
In doing so, the students learn to produce food in a professional manner to become experts who can lead the global and Korean food and beverage culture that is rapidly changing

Department Features

  • Participating in the K-Move project for overseas employment, the graduates from the department are offered opportunities to work abroad beginning in 2015
  • Various active extracurricular and club activities for license acquisition, career preparation, profit-generating projects, startup and employment activities, and others
  • Enhancing practical skills through cooking laboratory classes
  • Flexible curriculum that responds to the rapidly changing food and beverage industry trends and needs
